Originally from Lexington, Kentucky Bubba has entertained the California Central Coast since 1986.  Often seen at Rabobank functions along the coast and central valley his performance is both captivating and controlled as he provides the prefect music for each and every event.

Whether it be Rhythm and Blues, Smooth Jazz, or Rock n’ Roll the resonance of his voice and laid-back qualities of his sax never over powers yet has the presence of subtle authority.  Wineries, Chamber Mixers, Festivals, Clubs, and Organization are a few types of events at which Bubba has and still performs as well as Weddings, Corporate and Private Functions.

His musical style is a blend of Jazz, Blues, Funk, and House, however, in his versatility don’t be surprised if you see Bubba two steppin’ it with a country band, getting down in the midst of dreadlocks, trippin’ south of the border, or in a classical ensemble.  Even though he can be a chameleon of music, Bubba is quite distinct in his own style.

Bubba’s motto has always been “The Perfect Music for Your Perfect Occasion”.  Jim Godfrey of the Los Osos Valley “Taste of South Bay” says, “Your music for the event added significantly to a gracious evening of delicious food and wine for those fortunate to obtain a ticket”.  And from Robert Dibley of the “Downtown Rotary Club of Santa Barbara,” I would like to thank you for some excellent music.  The volume and tempo were great for the type of art show we put on and I have heard praise from other community members, artist, and members of the public who complimented me on the great music over both days.  Shannon Larrabee had this to say, “On behalf of the Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce I would once again like to thank and commend you for your outstanding performance at our Annual Awards Dinner.  The audience thoroughly enjoyed the variety of quality selections you performed.  You are a true professional and everyone appreciated your willingness to play throughout the evening.”

Having no special training, Bubba describes himself as a, "by the seat of your pants performer", or a, "Jack of All Trades, Master of None Musician" with a musical personality somewhere between Denzel Washington and Montel Williams.
